Rim locks are fitted to the surface of the door rather than being morticed in, along with a surface mounted keep that should be fitted to the door frame.

• Contains a 1 lever rim lock which is not insurance rated, use in conjunction with a british standard deadlock to comply with insurance regulations.
• Product is reversible so can be used on either the left or right hand side of your door.
• All our rim locks are KA.
• Supplied with matching SS wood screws.

Beeswax is our most authentic finish for steel. After forging, these products are dipped into hot beeswax which allows them to retain their original colours ranging from blue to deep ochre. All our Beeswax ironmongery offers a subtle matt richness and is a more natural, and far softer, alternative to a black powder coated finish. These products offer excellent internal protection when properly maintained.
