Delivery Costs

Our delivery price structure is as follow in pounds:

5.95 - UK Mainland (not including Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or other UK offshore locations)

11.90 - Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and other UK offshore locations

11.90 - Republic of Ireland

35.70 - European Union Destinations

For Europe, America and the Rest of the World
We will use the most appropriate shipping method for the size of your parcel and the services available in your region.

Please contact us for Non-European Union and Worldwide quotes.

General Information
Depending on the time your order is processed and the availability of the products from our suppliers, we aim to have your items dispatched within 3-5 working days.

However, some of our products are bespoke items and these take time to produce. We will always keep you updated on estimated delivery times.

We despatch orders on weekdays only, excluding UK bank holidays. If you have placed your order online, you will receive an automated email when you place your order. We will keep you up to date with the progress of your order and confirm when it has been despatched.

If you require any special delivery instructions you can add this when you go through the checkout process. If you do not leave any special instructions and you are out when the courier arrives they will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or how to collect in person.

Deliveries by our couriers are covered by our insurance but only until the consignee has signed for them on delivery. Please carefully check the package for damage, tampering or shortages before signing the delivery note. We cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss in transit if you have signed for the goods.

The company can accept no responsibility in the event that goods are left as instructed by you without your presence at the time of delivery.

If you fail to accept delivery of goods when delivered the company reserves the right to attempt delivery of the goods at a later date and to invoice you a further delivery charge.

Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to you upon delivery.
