Instead of being morticed in, rim locks are fitted to the surface of a door, along with a surface mounted keep that should be fitted to the door frame.

• Our weighty bathroom latches are forged from solid brass to create a product that's as durable as it is beautiful. A perfect design choice to use throughout your property, with many matching styles available.
• This product is handed, so make sure you choose the correct hand. For an inward opening door which is hinged on the right, a right hand rim lock is required.
• Lockable via a snib on top of the latch.

Our Polished Brass products are made from solid, unlacquered brass and have soft, golden hues which offer a depth of reflection. This works wonderfully in period dwellings but can also be used to bring a classic twist to contemporary properties. If left untouched, this finish will oxidise over time and naturally age to create a historically beautiful look. To restore these products to their former glory, simply polish using a dry cloth and some Brasso.
